Hotel reservations should be done through InterMeeting, a professional company in charge of the organization of the IBS Meeting. In order to do the reservation, please complete the Hotel Reservation Form (PDF) and send it by fax (+52 55) 5663-0035) or email (dgarcia@intermeeting.com.mx). Please note that IBS accepts no responsibility for information
sent via email. This is the only way to assure a reservation at the venue hotel (Holiday Inn, where all meeting activities will take place) or the nearest one (El Conquistdor), at the special rates the hotels have agreed for the meeting attendants, which are significantly lower than normal prices or those advertised by other means. There are a few more hotels near the venue (e.g. Hyatt) but at much higher rates.
